GOVERNANCE is just a fancy word for referring to how your business is structured and organized. Most small and medium-sized companies struggle with this but don't know it while suffering from the consequences. Issues that may signal a need to do something can carry these symptoms; inconsistencies in work methods, quality issues, lack of documentation, and business interruptions. Other signs are meetings without agendas, clear purpose, or documented minutes. This list can be very long, and it all needs to be fixed! Poor governance costs money. Lot's of money.
BOARD PARTICIPATION is an alternative over time consultation form, with participation in the accountability of your business as well.
