This is a new , finished to a high standard a year ago and situated on the western bank of the Moscow river in Khimki, Moscow Oblast, Russia and located on the first floor in the "" compound.

The compound has 24/7 security staff monitoring of the area making it a safe and comfortable place to stay. Our hosts will serve you in either English or Russian.

The living room is combined with the kitchen and contains a bed-sofa suitable for one person. There are air condition and a 50" UHD Samsung smart tv with more than 100 cable channels and Netflix and Amazon apps, in case you want to use your subscriptions. If you use Samsung devices the TV works with screen mirroring.

This condominium is situated in the "Pravii Bereg" (Right Riverbank) compound. The whole compound is opened in 2012 and everything is fresh and new. There is a new grocery store on the compound, i.e. "Piyoterichka" where you can stock up all your basics. Alcohol and wine are sold there as well until in the 23:00 evenings. It is open 7 days a week.

There are several restaurants within walking distance. In the summer period, there are many more outdoor terraces and summer bars. The maybe most interesting one is "Yasnaya polyana", a beach and pool bar with outdoor pools. Hot summer days, this is definitely a recommended place.

For shopping, there are several large shopping centres within 30 min access (taxi), i.e. , , , .

For local, national and international events the nearby is a popular venue.



There is street parking and for long-term stays, a garage place may be arranged at extra cost.

The speed train station that can take you to the Moscow city centre in 15 min is only 900 m by foot.

There are good public transport possibilities if you are on a budget, but I recommend using the Uber or similar apps, as the taxi travel in and around Moscow is very affordable if you are coming from Europe or similar.

One of Moscow's largest international airports, Sheremetyevo is situated in Khimki as well. Distance to Sheremetyevo is around 30 min (with taxi and no congestion).

Please note that any travelling on roads in and near Moscow is prone to notorious congestion, i.e. planning in advance is needed. Online maps provide good real-time congestion data.
